Return Policy


We understand that you might want to return a product / demand a refund against it under certain scenarios. The same can be facilitated as follows :

Please make sure that the returned item(s) is unused with the original packing, inbox manuals, tags, warranty card, freebies and accessories intact and take photos (videography will be dearer) while unboxing and of product to assist in returning process.


The customer is eligible for return if he receives product which has the following issues : 

  1. Item was defective
  2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
  3. Product was / were missing
  4. Item sent was totally different from shown

However, we do not allow return if :

  1. "Its no longer needed"
  2. Item is used / there is wear and tear due to mishandling by the customer
  3. Any customised / Bulk / corporate order.


Majority of the items, with the exception of few such as consumable products, can be returned within 48 hours of receipt. The Shipping charges of order will not be refunded.

When returning products please do the following :

(a) email our customer care mentioning all the details with photos mentioned above to obtain a return reference number and return address; and

(b) return your product with a note containing details of order number, return number and the reason of return / fault you found. 

Doing this will help us in resolving your issue quickly. Your product must be returned unused and with original packings intact.

The refund in accordance with the above guidelines shall be as follows :

  1. Refund will be initiated as soon as we receive back the product in our warehouse and quality check is complete.
  2. For pre-paid orders, refund will be processed through online banking to the original payment source account.
  3. For COD orders, refund will be made by NEFT to Customer's Bank Account. Customer Care team will contact you to get the details of Bank Account.
  4. It usually takes 7-10 days to reflect refund amount in your account. Don't worry your payment is safe.



  1. The actual product delivered might not be perfect replication of the product image shown.  
  2. Though we put our best efforts continuously to display most accurate and error-free information on our website, there might be instances that error may occur. Hence, we do not warrant the content of this website to be entirely reliable, correct and error-free.
  3. The sales are made on first come - first serve basis. Any item once stock out might not be replenished. If we receive order for any such item after stock out, we will inform you by email regarding the status / delay expected.



There might be certain uncontrollable situations where we might be unable to process an order and are forced to cancel. Situations like these might include limitations of quantity unavailable, error in pricing / description shown etc. We reserve the right to refuse / cancel acceptance of any order due to any reason. Any amount deducated for any such order will be refunded back as per policy.

In case we receive a cancellation request from customer's side before the product is shipped, we will issue a refund after deducting if any, payment gateway charges. The orders that have been shipped will not be cancelled and customer will have to follow our return policy. The customer while placing the order agrees not to dispute the decision made by BuyStuff and decision of BuyStuff will be final.
