Defect  / Shortage Claims

Any claim for defective/short supplies must be informed to us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. The resolution will be as per our Return Policy.

Product Policy

While we put our best efforts continuously to display the most accurate and error-free information on our site, there might be instances of some error in the information displayed. We do not warrant the content of this website to be entirely reliable, correct, and error-free.

Cancellation Policy

There might be certain uncontrollable situations where we might be unable to process an order and are forced to cancel. Situations like these might include limitations of quantity unavailable, errors in pricing/description shown, etc. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel acceptance of any order due to any reason. Any amount deducted for any such order will be refunded back as per policy.

In case we receive a cancellation request from the customer's side before the product is shipped, we will issue a refund after deducting if any, payment gateway charges. The orders that have been shipped will not be cancelled and customers will have to follow our return policy. The customer while placing the order agrees not to dispute the decision made by BuyStuff and the decision of Buystuff will be final.

Bank / Card Details

By using our site, you agree and declare that the bank/card details provided by you during transactions are valid and correct and you are the legal owner of that account. In accordance with our privacy policy, we will not use and share such information with any third party except for fraud verifications by govt agencies. We will not be held liable for any fraud/loss in respect of transaction/authorization decline by the Bank.
